Welcome to Drumify's Licensing Information page. This page is designed to help you understand the basic terms surrounding the use of content provided by Drumify, including one-shots, melody loops, samples, and phrases. For a more in-depth understanding, please refer to our full Terms of Service.
One-shots on Drumify are completely royalty-free. This means that once you've obtained them (either by purchase or within a subscription plan), you can use them in your productions without owing any further royalties to the original creator. They can be used in both commercial and non-commercial projects.
The use of melody loops, samples, and phrases provided by Drumify is subject to certain restrictions. Unlike one-shots, these are not completely royalty-free. This means if your project (such as a song) that uses these elements generates significant commercial success (becomes a big song, gets signed by a major label, involves a large artist, etc.), you are required to reach out to Drumify for a clearance process. During this process, a specific agreement will be made, typically involving the payment of royalties to the original creator of the sample.
It's important to note that even while some samples are royalty-free, we require that the original creator of any sample (be it a one-shot, loop, or phrase) be properly credited in any projects where their work is used.
All content obtained from Drumify is licensed on a non-exclusive basis. This means that even after you've used a sample in your project, it remains available for other creators to use in their own projects. Your use of a sample does not prevent others from using the same sample, and their use does not infringe upon your rights.
Content from Drumify can be used in both commercial and non-commercial projects. This covers a wide range of productions including music, film, video, radio, television, live performances, and other multimedia projects.
The resale or redistribution of any content obtained from Drumify as standalone files or within other sample packs is strictly prohibited.
